•  Preparation, Minute-Taking, and Draft Finalization: Approximately 3 hours  
• Total Estimated Cost: $300 (plus GST) 

 Service Options:

•  In-Person Minute Taking: We attend your meeting onsite to document and draft accurate minutes. 
•  Transcription Services: We prepare minutes from recordings provided by you. 

 Custom Solutions & Collaboration:

 We work closely with your company’s primary contact to ensure the minutes accurately capture discussions, decisions, and action items for seamless follow-through.
